As technology moves on and becomes more advanced it is essential to embrace the new ideas, but also apply previous knowledge to achieve the demanding
timescales set in today's Automotive industry. From starting on a drawing board 27 years ago to using the latest Unigraphics NX 7.5 software, the ability to combine new technology with experience is where we believe TSM can make the difference.

Working previously as an employee for two international automotive companies has allowed me to gain experience in all types plastic moulding part design and manufacture. From conventional injection moulded heater cases for Nissan to rotationally moulded subwoofer boxes for Land Rover, these years of vital experience are now paying dividends as CAD software becomes more powerful and effective in producing complex surfaces and highly detailed drawings.

The diversity of my previous roles which includes product design in Garden tools and kitchenware, has allowed me an opportunity to widen my knowledge of plastics as well as steels. From dealing with pattern makers producing resin master models for scanning, to providing CAD data to the latest CNC machining centers. This varied field of Engineering knowledge lends itself to providing a consultancy service to match any customers requirements.
